By accessing prodshot.co or using Prodshot at https://app.prodshot.co, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Prodshot provides an AI-assisted product photography workflow for e-commerce teams, including reference upload, shot planning, image generation, quality checks, and export. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and organization.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use or that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits or credit systems.
• Use the service to generate misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with platform security, other users, or underlying infrastructure.

Your content

You retain ownership of product references and outputs you create, subject to your compliance with these terms. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service.

AI outputs

Generated images are produced by AI models and automated pipelines. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use in commerce, advertising, or marketplaces. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet a specific legal, regulatory, or platform requirement.

Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans and credits are described on the marketing site and in the application. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Credits are consumed for AI operations as shown in your usage history. Refund policies follow the terms presented at purchase.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodshot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
